Terrence Moran is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of professional experience. Known for his depth of knowledge and unwavering commitment to his clients, Terrence has helped businesses, individuals, and organizations navigate complex financial landscapes with precision and care.
Terrence’s expertise covers a wide range of accounting and financial services, including tax planning and preparation, financial statement analysis, audits, business consulting, and estate planning. His extensive experience across multiple industries—such as real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology—has made him a trusted advisor to clients from small businesses to large corporations.
Terrence earned his CPA license after completing his degree in accounting from the University of San Diego and began his career in California, where he quickly established a reputation for his analytical skills and personalized client service. In the early 2000s, he expanded his practice to New Jersey, where he continued to grow his expertise, particularly in helping clients navigate the complexities of state tax regulations and multi-state financial planning.
Over the years, Terrence has built a diverse client base by focusing on long-term relationships and providing tailored solutions that help his clients achieve their financial goals. Mario E. Barquin, CPA
Mario E. Barquin is a certified public accountant with nearly five decades of experience, having earned his CPA designation in 1974. A graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Mario has built a diverse career serving various industries, including automobile dealerships, money transmission, construction, day care, restaurants, supermarkets, and manufacturing. He currently provides consulting services.
Originally from Cuba, Mario arrived in the United States at the age of 16. After being placed in a foster home as part of the Pedro Pan operation, he graduated from St. Joseph's High School in North Adams, MA, before moving to New Jersey.
Outside of his professional life, Mario is a proud father of six, grandfather of twelve, and great-grandfather of two. In 2024, he celebrated his love for baseball by visiting 15 different stadiums

Ariamna Rivero, EA
Ariamna Rivero is a Senior Accountant at Barquin Moran and Associates with over nine years of expertise in accounting. Her professional background includes extensive experience in payroll processing, financial reporting, and tax preparation for both individual and corporate clients.
Ariamna has worked primarily in the private sector, where she has developed a solid understanding of state and federal regulations impacting various industries.
She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Havana, Cuba. Ariamna is also an authorized tax preparer, an Enrolled Agent (EA), and a CPA candidate in New Jersey.
Outside of her professional work, Ariamna has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring nature.

Odette Gonzalez
Odette Gonzalez is a skilled accountant with a degree in Accounting and Finance from Cuba. Odette has gained valuable experience working in various countries and a variety of companies. In addition to her accounting expertise, Odette also has experience in the commercial sector as an account executive, which has been a valuable asset, enhancing her ability to communicate effectively and understand clients' needs, allowing her to consistently prioritize and deliver exceptional customer service

Yardelis Moreno focuses on keeping her clients informed about payroll, sales tax, accounting, and income taxes.
She has an accounting certification from Cuba and has had the privilege of working with Barquin Moran and Associates for 18 years. Her main responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and ensuring that her clients are satisfied and up-to-date with all aspects of their businesses.

Wendy Matista is an experienced accountant with over 14 years in the field, specializing in payroll processing, tax preparation, financial reporting, and audit support.
As a Senior Accountant at Barquin Moran and Associates, Wendy focuses on preparing financial statements and tax returns for businesses of various sizes and ownership structures. She graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic with a degree in accounting. She also holds a payroll certification from NYU, is an authorized tax preparer and serves as a public notary in New Jersey. Currently, she is a CPA candidate working toward licensure in the state of New Jersey.
Wendy manages a range of client accounts, where she registers and reviews monthly and quarterly financial statements, payroll and sales taxes, and also has experience handling property management accounts.

Shinchan "Shin" Tsuchiya
Shin Tsuchiya is a dedicated and results-oriented accountant with 6 years of experience in various accounting areas, including income tax, accounting, payroll, sales tax, and business structuring. He is skilled in handling diverse industries such as law firms, construction, real estate and rental properties, healthcare, and startups.
Shin graduated from Rutgers Business School and is currently working towards obtaining a CPA license. He is passionate about problem-solving and committed to providing exceptional accounting services.
Shin’s hobbies include camping, hiking, volleyball, fishing, and plant care.

Grace Guerrero
Grace Guerrero graduated with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in secretarial studies. Grace has general experience in administrative tasks and working with Microsoft programs, as well as QuickBooks. Her main responsibility is Data Entry, which she performs with precision, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of accounting information. Outside of work, Grace enjoys reading, listening to music, knitting, and spending time in nature with her family.
Daylenes Fors
Daylenes Martín Fors, has a Masters of Science in Higher Education (2021) and a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (2001) from the University of Havana. She brings over 20 years of experience in financial management and education.
Formerly Director of Planning and Statistics at the University of Havana, she now works as a Junior Accountant. In this role, she prepares and analyzes financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, handles tax returns for corporations and individuals, assists with client audits, performs bank reconciliations, and ensures the accuracy of financial data.
Daylenes is also a seasoned educator, having taught courses in Strategic Administration and Business Operations. Outside of work, she enjoys attending cultural events, traveling, and pursuing professional development in management and innovation.

Ana "Annie" M. DiBattista
Annie DiBatista is a dedicated payroll professional with expertise in payroll processing, sales tax, data entry, and simple tax preparation. As a certified Notary, Annie brings attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in everything that she does. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks, Annie enjoys tackling various tasks, from answering phones to managing payroll and taxes.
Outside of work, Annie is happily married and a proud mother of three, with one granddaughter and another on the way. She loves to spend her free time reading, watching movies, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
